All units require a $200 security deposit. Water is provided for a flat monthly fee of $15 for 1 bedroom units and $25 for 2 bedroom units. There is a $20 application fee for individuals ($35 for married couples). Pets are welcome with a $300 pet deposit and a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The pet must weigh less than 25 pounds and cannot be considered an aggressive breed.
